Our longtime colleague and friend Mark Mitchell passed away on June 28, 2025. Mark was our Director of Field Operations at Rossi Vucinovich for the past decade, and he personified the mission of our law firm—to protect the rights of the injured. No one has better demonstrated a willingness to give and help those in times of great stress and need than Mark Mitchell. We honor Mark and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I was a former trainman for Burlington Northern Railroad. I had an out-of-service injury in 1990.

Investigatory Experience with Rossi Vucinovich

I have 30 years of experience working with injured employees and their unions, and have gained a vast knowledge of the process that all injured employees face in that time. I take a great deal of pride in educating all members of their rights under FELA, which is the main statute applicable to injured railroad workers and railway accidents. I am always available to assist you and your families with any issues where I can help.

A Little More About Me…

I reside in the Pacific Northwest with my wife, Renee. We have four children and 11 grandchildren. We enjoy all outdoor sports and activities. I have made friendships with many of our past clients and union members and still keep in touch with them today.
