Our longtime colleague and friend Mark Mitchell passed away on June 28, 2025. Mark was our Director of Field Operations at Rossi Vucinovich for the past decade, and he personified the mission of our law firm—to protect the rights of the injured. No one has better demonstrated a willingness to give and help those in times of great stress and need than Mark Mitchell. We honor Mark and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

I am a former BNSF MOW employee. My career came to an end after I was injured on the job. 

Investigatory Experience with Rossi Vucinovich

I am grateful to serve as an investigator at Rossi Vucinovich. Since I was injured while serving in the railway industry, I can use the knowledge I gained going through the injury process to better serve our clients. 

FELA is the main federal statute that pertains to railway injuries.  A main part of my job is to educate railroad employees about their rights and responsibilities under this law.

A Little More About Me…

I live in Beautiful Central Oregon with my wife, Angela. I have two children and one granddaughter. I am an avid golfer and like to spend the winter months restoring classic cars.
